Nice suits. And they all forgot to put on a shirt (in the "brand new" video)....

The video makes me wonder if they took inspiration from the Bee Gees, or the other way around. :huh2:

Don't get me wrong: I wasn't a fan of the Bee Gees as a teenager (that was their disco period, approximately...) but have come to realise that the were, in fact, rather excellent. :)

In particular, I had occasion to hear Robin Gibb sing from about 3 feet away. The man was really good.

Do you like pedal steel? It doesn’t get much better than this,

He plays a Strat too.

That’s a pretty large claim. I’d have to disagree.

Ball of Confusion,   And the band played on…

then about a dozen Dylan songs before that but Led Zepplin has great guitar.

to each his own tho, it’s all subjective anyway.

Beh, in questi giorni il Festival della canzone italiana di Sanremo :D

a curiosity ... In 1986, Depeche Mode performed on the stage of the Sanremo Festival in the "company" of a Moto Guzzi V35 Custom used to evoke the sound of the sampled engine that characterized the introduction of the song.

There is more content in one line of a Bob Dylan song than most musc groups will sing in a lifetime .

I had the privilege of getting to know Kermit (Kermit's Chair) Easterling at biker rallyes . At this rallye which happen to be in Burkesville , we discussed Dylan in great length. I couldn't (naively) believe a man this old could be so cool as to know so much about Dylan & his philosophies.

In case you have not seen it, Dylan has a new book “the Philosophy of Modern Song” worth every penny of the $45.

I got it at 30% off.

that’s where I was reminded again how great Ball of Confusion is. The book has a lot of wisdom inside.
Gstallons, why can’t you receive PM’s?
