LaurentG Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Hi, I'm about to import my V11 sport from Canada into the US (where I originally got it!). I need to certify it is EPA compliant, and the easiest way is to find the label which I'm sure it had to have when it got sold in the US in the first place (I'm not the original owner). There is one on the muffler but it is an EPA noise label. They apparently want a label titled "VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL INFORMATION" (that states the bike is compliant). ANY IDEA WHERE IT IS? Thanks!
docc Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Look on the swing arm - there are several labels added there that are not on the European vehicles. I cannot remember if you have to remove the "hugger" inner fender to view them.
LaurentG Posted May 29, 2015 Author Posted May 29, 2015 awesome! and yes, it is under the plastic "hugger". thanks!
Kiwi_Roy Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Not Santa, but a hero anyway. I must look and see if mine has one.
