gstallons Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Well , after 13 yrs. And a little work. # 1 Removing the fuel pressure regulator & cleaning it up/out . removing the fuel by turning the pump on & off 100 Xs and pumping out the stale fuel . Replaced qwith straight gas . # 2 Install new battery . # 3 cranked about 10 seconds pulling on the throttle cable . # 4 Are you ready to rrruuummmbbbllleee ? # 5 The sound of perfection ! # 6 the red frame is running . 1 1
gstallons Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Buddy , IDK but , that color is righteous !
stewgnu Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Looking nice + dark.... apart from those dreadfully garish fork tubes of course. I suggest you break out the teeny tin of Humbrol (tm) gloss black and set to! 1
gstallons Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Or , we could swap out front forks . Those Ohlins just don't cut it for the stealth look . I could tolerate the gold look ! 1

gstallons Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Hmmmmm . that would generate some $$$ too ! BTW , what color did you use on the chops ? It does look good ! Oh yeah , you found a part # for the oil filter in Baldwin . What is the part # ?
Rox Lemans Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 I discovered a small deposit of unobtainium in the upside down country of Australia. I managed to bolt it onto my Lemans before it could fly away....
Chuck Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Yep, that's unobtainium all right. Good score..
docc Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 (What's up with the blurred PhotoBlockit images?) 1
Chuck Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Looks like the bastards have done it again. I didn't mind when they put their logo on the stored pix, but this is on a par with their blocking technique. I went with ImgZeit. Simple interface, works with fones easily. I wonder if there is a way to move those photoblockit images to ImgZeit? I have *many* in the Lario Rehab and Aero Engine tutorials.. Blurring the images makes them useless. 1 1
footgoose Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 ImgZeit is great. A while back I had a question, and the CEO got back to me with the answer. We even chatted over a beer at SSR15! 1 1
hammershaug Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Today i discovered I have a faulty fuel lamp! Stuck in the wilderness, waiting for my son and a can of gas. Indian summer in Norway today and all good.I also got a red lamp screaming at me most of my trip. Charging problem. That’s worse. Next week the Greenie is going to my basement for the winter and a full service. New rear tyre, new throttle house rubber on both size, new spark plugs, fuel filter, airfilter, changing oil and filter, gear oils, new Omron relays, etc etc.Wish me luck.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3
