It had 130k miles and was worn out. I had it for 17 years so it was time to go and besides, the family didn't fit in it. I managed to trade it for a 1967 Mustang convertible. Although the Mustang is going to be a lot of work in the end I'll come out ahead. So far I've managed to pull the engine (and sold it) and get a welder. Both necessary steps. I will be replacing a bit of rusty metal but I do like learning... the hard way. @swooshdave . . . . And . . . so . . . what of this swoosh'stang? 1
Tom in Virginia Posted August 15, 2020 Posted August 15, 2020 Post retirement motorcycle mania has left my poor girl (1990 Toyota Supra Turbo) sitting under bike covers and surrounded by 2 wheel adversaries. 2

antmanbee Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Nice looking Miata and nicely photographed with the warm sunset backlight. 1

R.I.P. Mikko Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 I have a 2010 ML550. Chambered pipes, K&N Filters and it’s been flash tuned along with a sprint booster throttle controller. Working on a 6.2 AMG engine and some other fun stuff! Love the sound of Merc’s small block motors! 1

Well, I have given up on the 67 Convertible. Ok, more like my wife isn't happy with the progress. So it will be sold soon. But that doesn't mean there isn't a new project in the garage! 3
