High sided 2003 Rosa Corsa and need parts. Can anyone help with the following: lock nut from shift linkage, rear brake pedal and arm, red spark plug wire, red annodized valve head cover, spark plug tip over protector, front right turn signal assembly, front right mirror, front right black brake lever. Information on paint to match (rosa Corsa red) on front fairing and/or information as to a painter. Thanks. Tn Jake. 615/668-4135. Sjacobs@thearctn.org

No replies to get TN Jake back in the saddle? :huh2:

I hear he still need spark plug wire (probably NGK resistor cap), red valve cover (likely kinda rare), etc . . .

Any ideas, guys? :luigi::nerd:

I think almost everything on the list above is readily available from Harpers, MG Cycle, or other dealer. Foot levers will be aftermarket from Harpers. However, the matching valve cover will be hard to find. If it's only scratched, you'd be better off having the pair powdercoated. If one is damaged from the fall, buy a used one in any color, then powdercoat the good pair.

For "tip-over-protector" consider aftermarket parts that stick out farther and offer more protection to the plug. I got a pair from MotoBits, posted a pic of it here:

Wow...I've been a Beemer guy for so long I had no idea that Dealer and Manufacturer support was actually top notch, until I started looking for parts for the Rosso Corsa....so far no luck on the red valve head cover, you can't get it....likewise for the rear brake lever...I ordered the aftermarket one available. ....I was able to find some of the parts I needed from calling around to different Dealers...thanks for the suggestions.....black brake lever ordered( but on back order I think), finally found the resister cap today and ordered it...(we'll see if it matches the other side when it arrives), ordered the turn signal housing, they sold me the wrong side (so I mounted it upside down :( and it did not have the correct lens cover nor the inside cover.....yikes....the microfiche from Moto Guzzi does not even recognize that a Rosso Corsa exists....everything listed is for a Lemans and the colors don't match up.....uggghhhhh........spent some time changing out parts I could find and cleaning it up.....not as bad as I thought.....today (5 weeks and a day after the high side) I finally went for x-rays.....it still hurts.....maybe I should stop playing ball and let it rest.....ha  lol....never been too compliant....I'd love to find the triangle shaped muffler brackets someplace if someone has a source or a suggestion....even though part shows up on parts diagram, it has no number associated with it, so you have to buy a muffler to get a bracket......that's crazy isn't it?  Trying to get them welded again (second time they have cracked/split next to the single hole at the top of the bracket....chose a different welder this time...might get different results.....he basically said they'll break again and he can make me some brackets during the winter when things slow down for him...suggested steel  :)   Can't get the lines between the lines to match up.....

There's a nice clean Rosa Corsa for sale on wild goose, it might be easier to buy a spare!

If you're looking for the exhaust hangers - the ones that attach to subframe and hold the passenger pegs - I have a set like this one on eBay:

They are from my parts bike, but I recently had them powder-coated black. Send me PM if that's what you're looking for - then I'll dig 'em out and get a picture.
