Guest gavin Posted September 12, 2002 Posted September 12, 2002 Not really a topic, more of a tip to anybody annoyed by an unreliable neutral light. By simply removing the washer behind the switch (just above the gear selection shaft) it has completely transformed the reliability of the light, ie. when it glows it means it really is in neutral and it never flickers or comes on in gear. It does this by simply moving the switch in to make the on/off piont more definate. Use a drop of sealant, mine has not leaked.
Guest HI-TECH-CHECK Posted September 12, 2002 Posted September 12, 2002 Thanks for the tip. I hope it will take care of the light NOT coming on when in neutral.
