That is an impressive piece of work - great attention to detail. I like the black cylinder sleeves - have occasionally wondered how that would look, but had not seen it done before.

 

Surprised that the Veglia tach is still used.

 

Also surprised to see an open alternator (no cover) - I guess it's not going to get ridden a lot, too bad.

I don't think the seat is on.

Its certainly got some beautiful elements to it.

What will bikes like this look like in ten years? Will they seem as ridiculous as $30k(us) choppers seem now? I mean granted cafe bikes are more fun to ride and more practical...maybe.

Right? Is that a reed switch or something out of The Avengers?

there are a couple of pics in the comments showing the seat (still not too comfy) and an alternator cover being machined from a huge chunk of alloy (Smart!).
