docc Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 My, my! At it's deepest core, I can see that really is a V11 . . . https://www.facebook.com/danilo.biello/videos/1369021586444811/
Scud Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 That is an impressive piece of work - great attention to detail. I like the black cylinder sleeves - have occasionally wondered how that would look, but had not seen it done before. Surprised that the Veglia tach is still used. Also surprised to see an open alternator (no cover) - I guess it's not going to get ridden a lot, too bad.
fotoguzzi Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Also surprised to see an open alternator (no cover) - I guess it's not going to get ridden a lot, too bad. that's Ok cause the seat doesn't look very comfy.
knumbnutz Posted September 1, 2016 Author Posted September 1, 2016 I don't think the seat is on. Its certainly got some beautiful elements to it. Also surprised to see an open alternator (no cover) - I guess it's not going to get ridden a lot, too bad.that's Ok cause the seat doesn't look very comfy.
stewgnu Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Mmm, that is nice. Something funky going on with the speedo drive?
czakky Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 What will bikes like this look like in ten years? Will they seem as ridiculous as $30k(us) choppers seem now? I mean granted cafe bikes are more fun to ride and more practical...maybe. 1
docc Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Mmm, that is nice. Something funky going on with the speedo drive? Right? Is that a reed switch or something out of The Avengers?
RedMog Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Also surprised to see an open alternator (no cover) - I guess it's not going to get ridden a lot, too bad. that's Ok cause the seat doesn't look very comfy. there are a couple of pics in the comments showing the seat (still not too comfy) and an alternator cover being machined from a huge chunk of alloy (Smart!).
