knumbnutz Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 Hi Gents, Probably for the Australian guys mainly but I just got my Uni's replaced - fitted, reshimmed from Driveline Services Australia for $168 which I thought I would pass on if anyone needed them done. Seems like a good price replacement and fitment.

knumbnutz Posted November 3, 2016 Author Posted November 3, 2016 Yes, But being what it is , is pretty easy to do once the wheel is off. The bike had been left outside although under cover for a long time, all the rubber had perished, the gearbox and bevel drive had stinky sludge for oil, so it wasnt unexpected. At 80K you would check this anyhow I guess. With the uni's in hand, it clicked as i moved the joint through its arc. For the sake of $160, it wasnt worth regreasing and seeing if they'd be ok.
docc Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 Was it the nefarious, elusive front that went bad?
knumbnutz Posted November 7, 2016 Author Posted November 7, 2016 i think so, they are a b%$&h to get to
