Anyone knows this Cafe Sport from Italy

I'm interested in this Cafe sport, which is for sale. It came from Italy. The shop owner won't let me take a test ride because of salt on the roads (winter time).

 

I suspect it has had a crash as the front midguard has a crack, the windshield is missing and both the alternator cover and the odometer support are held by (not original) hex screws.

 

Does anyone know the previous onwer? Note also the protectors on the cilinder heads.

check the mounts where the front frame down tubes bolt to engine for cracks if it was crashed.. also where the kick stand mounts to sump spacer.
