czakky Posted February 27, 2017 Author Posted February 27, 2017 Backfire always makes me think timing issue. Do V11's have a peephole to put a timing light on the flywheel? That timing sensor should be a hall sensor and a resistance measure may not mean much. Ding! Ding! Ding! So far so good. When I replaced the o-ring on the timing sensor I went a little big I guess. I bent up the bracket surrounding the pickup probably causing too big of a gap. She seems to be running good now. Phew! Thanks a bunch guys! 4
