I've been hoping we'd get a closer look at the bike in the avatar!

Plus, it answers the question, "What happens if you leave a green frame Kawasaki with a red Ducati in the garage all Ontario-winter-long?"

Answer:

RedFrame Greenie V11 !

What? Say more about the CX100? When did that follow you home? Whatcha gonna do with it?

I ride a Husqvarna TE450.  Pics and an adventure here if you are interested:  http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=19705&hl=%2Bgrand+%2Bcanyon

I'm also enjoying my BMW K75s as a commuter and errand runner. Here she is after loading up the saddlebags with frozen pies from a shop in the mountains - conveniently only about 50 miles from home...

Uhhh.. CX100? C'mon Brad.. there's a story there.

Love that CX! Is it running?

Time for a new thread in the "Older Models" area...

it was under a tarp for 19 years, owner was moving so I got it for a nice price.. not running but the tank not too rusty inside and pretty much complete. 21k miles.

left carb pretty bad ( parked on SS) I sent them to my friend Jim in Canada for clean up. I think I'll work on it over next winter. Not restoring but just get running for now

Probably the most underestimated model ever. I'd say 99% of them got crippled to LMs or naked Cafe Racers, at least in Germany.

Wow, that carb! Looks like it was full of water for a long time. When they are that bad they are often not worth trying to save.
