You might check out the transmission leak thread.  IIRC this is a low mileage "red frame" bike so the leak isn't an issue now but I would recommend that you consider installing the support bracket to prevent a cracked transmission housing.  My mechanic was able to weld the tranny case and fix the leak on mine.  He was also able fabricate a support bracket that attaches the frame to bell housing.  

 

My bike had about 35k miles on it when it started to leak.  I think he's sold half a dozen or so to folks on the list.
