I'm sitting at home loaded with a dose of the bloody flu feeling like crap!

Just to make matters worse I've not been able to get out on the bike for the last 3 weeks ( work and family commitments )

And when I have a free week-end ( coming up ) I end up crook as a dog!

Anyways mate, that video was a bloody great tonic and spirit lifter !!
