guzzigary Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Does anyone have first hand experience polishing/restoring carbon cans?
gstallons Posted March 23, 2018 Posted March 23, 2018 You can clear coat the carbon fiber and it will look beautiful . How long it will last on the exhaust I don't know ? 1
guzzigary Posted March 23, 2018 Author Posted March 23, 2018 I picked up a rattle can of Hi temp clear (satin) Probably will first try some polishing compound in a small area on the back and see what happens. Thanks Gene
footgoose Posted March 24, 2018 Posted March 24, 2018 I used a fine metal polishing compound called Flitz on CF. Works well. I use it on paint as well. It's fabulous on aluminum. 1
