I'd say it has a 3-4" rise over stock. top to base is 15 1/2" has some minor scratching and fogging/haze. It ain't perfect but not too worn.

I'm interested and curious, being 6'1" its a lot of wind at points and I have been looking.... SO.... Does this help with the wind any and will it cause buffeting? I'm thinking that it would make some difference and depending on the shipping seems to be a bargain for me and cheap enough that I can afford to give it a whirl....Thanks
