Rossopuro used to have them, no longer though.  This is the response I received from them earlier in the year:

unfortunately the spoken wheels for V11 is not avalable from long time.

The bike is out of stock froma many years, so is to hard to produce a series of wheels.

rossopuro marketed them , alpina built them . Have you contacted alpina ?

Go to the Alpina website . There is a section you can custom build . If you do not see what you want , contact them .

I love spoke wheels but for some reason I dont think they suit the V11 aesthetically.
