ITI Speedometer And Rev Counter LED Illumination?

On my California Vintage I have the same speedometer and rev counter which you can find on late V11s.

 

 

Are there any LED retrofit solutions on the market for those glass socket bulbs (1 or 1,2 or 2 watt)?
