Source for passenger backrest or luggage rack?

I did buy a luggage rack from UK source but it does not fit well. bolts to the exhaust hangers.

I have a rear luggage rack from Hepco Becker along with a topcase that latches to the rack. Sturdy and works well, functional though not very pretty:

 The case has a "backrest" of sorts moulded into the side that faces forward.

Mine is similar but also has mounts for Jr bags. In fact, I've only used the bag mounts.

Ventura sell a fitting kit and various racks, I've used them for years, your local importer  may have to order from New Zealand
