68C Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 Is there an 'Ignore Topic' button on this site? Some sites do which enables you to not see topics that are of no interest, happy kittens on a gardening site etc. On this site it is those topics relating to large American cars which are irrelevant to me..
docc Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 " √ Mark forum as read " on the sub-forum topic page once you've read the other topics you like on that sub-forum. Otherwise, if you click the box on the topic line, does the menu give you a "hide" option?
68C Posted August 10, 2020 Author Posted August 10, 2020 Bit complicated, even if it works. Motorhomefun.co.uk forum has a simple button, I use it to filter out threads about dogs etc. You have to click on the thread but can then ignore it so see no more posts on that thread.
docc Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 I see. I don;t recall that function available here. Perhaps others have a solution . . .
swooshdave Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 Two things, just how many posts are there on American cars and secondly, how did I miss it?!?!?!?!? 1
80CX100 Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 If I choose to, I engage the analog ignore button rather than search for a digital one. fwiw 2 1

swooshdave Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 I'm still waiting to get pointed to the thread with the American cars...

Admin Jaap Posted August 12, 2020 Posted August 12, 2020 FWIW: I just checked. There will be an "ignore thread" option in the next major update 2
swooshdave Posted August 14, 2020 Posted August 14, 2020 I know which thread I'll apply that to first.

" thread in its eleven twelve page entirety. I would bring the matter to the attention of its Original Poster if it weren't for who that actually is . . .
