belfastguzzi Posted December 5, 2006 Author Posted December 5, 2006 It's a busy time of year for him,.... Yes, unfortunately a lot of things are piled on top of each other at this time of year, so it's 14 to 17 hour days and mostly 7 day weeks, plus my mother is ill. So I haven't had time to prepare for an mot so car failed and I haven't had time to book a retest or to fix vehicle plus I didn't have time to get to a motorbike MOT or to a hospital appointment plus I haven't had time to get a photo and to renew my driving licence which expired a few weeks ago. Etc. So things aren't going well on the time front. However there is no holding back the march of time and today is big *0 bithday time!
helicopterjim R.I.P. Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 and today is big *0 bithday time! Happy Birthday Belfast!!!! Hope all will be well with your mother. Best wishes Jim
Martin Barrett Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 Yes, unfortunately a lot of things Good that you were able to get down and stretch your legs, not so good about the time management aspects. Happy Birthday, I clocked up my second set of 21 this last week. Since the first set I've treated them as just another day, but the kids like the candles on a cake to blow out. I only had 2 otherwise too much a fire risk. My work colleagues also like cakes but miss out as we've been on early shifts I've brought in croissants instead, crumbs and sticky fingers allover keyboards Tempus fugit Best you get back up that tree now
belfastguzzi Posted December 6, 2006 Author Posted December 6, 2006 Tempus fugit Yes indeed. Time is like the chocolate cake on the party table of life.
