belfastguzzi Posted October 31, 2006 Author Posted October 31, 2006 It is now 1:17pm California time... If it isn't too late to make this post interesting It's never too late
antonio carroccio Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 it's time for autumn here in Holland...
belfastguzzi Posted October 31, 2006 Author Posted October 31, 2006 In Amsterdam is now time to make some ride! I just have had time to make some love Compare and contrast Autumn time v. Spring time
Guest Nogbad Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Compare and contrast Autumn time v. Spring time Anytime is good. But from an evolutionary perspective it is better to do it in the autumn, as the baby is then born in the summer with a better chance of survival. Bonk in the spring, and the poor sprog arrives when there are no vitamins and the mud hut is full of snow.
belfastguzzi Posted October 31, 2006 Author Posted October 31, 2006 Well I found the little digital time display, but I'm damned if I can find the link / option to display the analogue dial and calendar in your screenshots BFG. C'mon Nog. I suppose you haven't even found this drop-down yet? I knew there had to be some reason for the Tenni Forum. Then, I found it. It's there, as a place where no-one goes – to house a secret control panel!
antonio carroccio Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 it's time for autumn here in Holland... That's more what I mean. Jee we always can have some fun and doubble sense speaked words, but Autumn is Autumn. I am borne in Autumn, now is Autumn!!!
belfastguzzi Posted November 1, 2006 Author Posted November 1, 2006 What part of Holland are those mountains in?
antonio carroccio Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 That's not Holland, but the Sussex.
mike wilson Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Looks more like the Trossachs than Sussex.
belfastguzzi Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 ! Now you tell me! I immediately started preparing an expedition to 'discover' the hidden Mountains of Dutchland. Now, the training has been for nothing adventurers train for first assault on the Mountains of Dutchland
Admin Jaap Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Before somebody obviously beats me to it... I did some unvoluntary dike descending myself last year. BTW, there was a hitsong in the late 80's called "In the dutch mountains" by The Nits, so there must be something true in Antonio's statement. I was born in the valley of bricksWhere the river runs high above the rooftops I was waiting for the cars coming home late at night From the Dutch mountains I was standing in the valley of rock Up to my belly in an early fog I was looking for the road to a green painted house In the Dutch mountains In the Dutch mountains (Mountains) I met a woman in the valley of stone She was painting roses on the walls of her home And the moon is a coin with the head of the queen Of the Dutch mountains In the Dutch mountains I lost a button of my shirt today It fell on the ground and it was rolling away Like a trail leading me back To the Dutch mountains To the Dutch mountains (Mountains) I met a miller on the back of a cow He was looking for the wind but he didn't know how I said: "Follow the cloud that looks like a sheep In the Dutch mountains" In the Dutch mountains In the Dutch mountains In the Dutch mountains Mountains Mountains Mountains Mountains Buildings If you are interested, you can download an MP3 here: http://mp3phoenix.net/en/Song-mp3-In-The-D...untains/4776C4/
antonio carroccio Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 David, you can start here, this is Amsterdam, and the mountains are not bigger than this...
belfastguzzi Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 David, you can start here, this is Amsterdam, and the mountains are not bigger than this... The internet is deceptive. In all this time I haven't realised that you Dutchies are so teenie-tiny small. Even the Japanese are giants by comparison! I now understand why Jaap has so much difficulty controlling his motorbike.
badmotogoozer Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Ways to Prevent Nogbad From Posting List Number 1: a firewall. Number 2: a gift-box full of Geek World Monthly back issues. That should do it, keep him engrossed. Number 6: Fill forum with evil clowns. Better still, have some 12 year old kid hack into his computer and put Pennywise up as his wallpaper. Rj these are more fitting for your small european roads. I see Amsterdam already has their anti-Noggers system up and running. Rj
