Frame - steel details

There's not much around online about the nitpicky details of spine frames far as I can tell. I have a spare black V11 frame which I (kinda accidentally) picked up cheap, but I don't want to mess with it to answer an idle question or two, namely, what's the wall thickness - anyone know?

Also, "ALS 450" steel - years back there was discussion on some of the Ducati forums, welding forums etc about what it was. Seems like basically a mild steel with *some* chrome and moly, but not 4130 - is that about right?
