Up into my 40s we started using a Bomber fishing lure . that bomber was almost cheatin' . One time I caught TWO bass on the plug at one time .One on the front treble hook and on one the rear . These were probably 20oz fish , but I felt like a man ! For crappie , everybody used doo-jigs The stupid thing w/them, the darker the sky or water , the darker the jig . Classic "fish story" . . . 2

The only section of lake in KY happens to be where the Lodge is located. Calling it a KY only event is not exactly 💯 we plan on riding great roads in both wonderful states. 🤔

Bring yer poles, but fish fast. The river is pretty narrow up there . . . 3

FWIW, the river was not narrow that day after some late spring rains. Bill 5
fotoguzzi Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 These kids caught this thing in a stream you could leap Across (Minnehaha creek) they roped it by the tail and dragged it out. Fish was released fine after taking the pic. 1 1 1
