bar end mirror insert / adapter

While replacing my grips, found that the bar end insert for right side mirror is stripped and no longer tightens.  Anyone know how I can fix it or where to find more of them?  Don't really want to buy a new mirror just to get this little plastic part.

How are they assembled, as I don't know Napoleon?

Most come with a bolt through the mirror that goes into either a sliding 2 part mechanism or just a block of rubber with a hole up the center that fits inside the bar.

If it's like that I'd just get a cylindrical rubber block that will fit inside the bar and use a flanged nut on the end

It's the block of rubber style.  I bought a lag sleeve at hardware store and sanded it down to fit inside the bar.  Seems ok ...
