Centauro luggage rack fitment?

Having just received a bare OEM luggage rack for my Centauro, and having received no mounting hardware along with it, I am stymied about the mounting process.  It seems that either the missing hardware is a crucial component of the unit, or that this unit is not correct for my Centauro. 

Can someone illuminate this conundrum for me as I cannot find anything at the usual interweb resources.

Upon making inquiry with AF1 Racing, a Texas motorcycle dealership very conversant on things Moto Guzzi, they provided me with a copy of the attached OEM parts fiche which provides the information that I referenced above. Clearly, there are parts that I need to acquire. I provide this for the forum's information.

Harper's has the "bumper" pads but not the metal mounting "plates".

I think that I can make the plates using the pads as templates.
