Question? A supplier of Muffler Clamps / Rubber section.

Would anyone be able to recommend a supplier of the Rubber pieces for these clamps?   See photo...

If you search for "Rubber Tank Straps" or "Fuel Tank Strap Rubber Backing" you will find lots of choices. 

EPDM, Buna N or Nitrile material will work fine.

And it’s so easy to make yourself, sharp knife, and you can choose the thickness of rubber or, to make a good fit.

Those rubber pieces are more than a strip of rubber. Sure, you can cut some strips, not so sure that would look good. The edges wrap around the strap. If you looked at a cross section, it would look like a thin C. I don't know who would have the exact replacement for that now. They are special straps for special cans. I might suggest emailing Stein Dinse.

When you find them - unless they are a common stock - might buy several sets, ArmorAll them and wrap in a plastic bag.
