Well , Ouji , have you got anything to report ?

No..the crazy circumstance is I had sold the Sport due to OLD AGE..🥴 and trying to help the buyer out and have only had an an hr and a half to poke at it. That's when I played musical relays, repsliced the KS wires and got confused at 7.5v there.

Looking @ your wiring schem( THANK YOU!) I don't see why it wouldn't be 12v. ???

Both twisted together. Singular I get 5v!

That is why we are gonna get to the bottom  of this !

I am shooting for poor contacts at Relay # 3 . IF the blue wire is giving you 7.5v If it is the orange wire the problem will be the ign. switch. AFA I know there are 3 components in a original w factory setup .

Thanks that's very clear. I just need to get back up there before new job starts.

Next trick chk V @ relay sockets...and change out relays. They could be tired. What's the latest good source?

For now mak the position of all the relays swap any of #s 2-5 . They only use 4 of the relay pins .  You can't have 4 bad relays . How good are you w/a test light , DVOM , advice and a wiring diagram ?
