I hope you find something, but it might be easier to have the existing seat re-covered.

There was a company on ebay selling covers for the V11 sport a few years ago. So aftermarket covers exist.

I went with the shop Lucky Phil posted a link to above.  They have a cover with no seams or piping that appears to be a good match for the original for 100 Euros.  With shipping from France to Texas it all translated to about $142.00.  I'll post pictures when it's on the bike.  Thanks again for the assistance!
