PJPR01 Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 (edited) It’s a well taken care of bike by the looks of the pipes and other items already mentioned. You can easily get a high quality wrap on the parts you would like to make red (tank, side pieces)…and it has the rare factory side bags which are also expandable and very nice and not cheap! Definitely worth a visit to ride the bike. A well tuned Griso is a fast bike indeed…plenty fast for our tastes on the road to be sure…it also makes a great touring bike, you may need to modify handlebars or add risers, lowered foot pegs or even a Cortech tank bag with an Onur ring. Lots of goodies there to work with…and to make it yours by personalizing it to your tastes. Those front and rear blinkers are kind of cool if you decide to return them to stock, I’d buy them! p6x Posted December 27, 2024 Author Posted December 27, 2024 @PJPR01 No word from the seller so far. Thanks for the "wrap" tip, I need to investigate. I do like the bags, because I do not carry a backpack for safety reasons, and the small tail pack I have on the V11 has not much capacity, but it does not make the bike look ugly. Well, I rode the Le Mans for thousand of miles in single outings, how worse can the Griso be? the most difficult part is to have the legs folded too high. Being on the Quota is a dream compared to the Le Mans, for that very reason. 1

Then probably so. But black is 11.3% faster than red, because of reasons. And that is science. BTW - these days it seems fast and science can both mean anything you want. I just got back from a romp on my Griso. I'm 6 feet tall and find it slightly more comfortable, and slightly less sporty/nimble than the V11. 2

Sadly, science is no longer a criterion for anything you want to support a claim with. If Louis Pasteur is watching us, he must nod his head wondering what is going on... 1 2

Just look at the arrest records. 1 2

I give up , explain the L Pasteur part.
Scud Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I didn't post that, but here's how I see it: Loius Pasteur - the inventor of the process (aka science) of pasteurizing milk to prevent disease... but there is now some interest in raw milk products, thus denying the scientific evidence. So Louis is good example of a person who would be wondering about some widescale rejection of evidence. As a scientist, Louis would probably be just as surprised to learn that his consciousness continued to exist beyond the death of his body. Happy New Year What was this thread about? 3

I know who he was , I just couldn't put the two thoughts together .

There is an hospital that bear his name in Paris; they specialize in very rare diseases. They litterally saved my back once, when they identified Plasmodium Falciparum while other hospitals diagnozed me with the flu. 1
p6x Posted Friday at 08:44 PM Author Posted Friday at 08:44 PM Still no reply from the seller; I guess he disregarded my query as not serious enough to justify an answer.
