Burning smell & smoke!

so one quick point to note is that my Guzzi started making a burning smell and i found out that it was oil dripping onto the crossover and burning off before it could drip to the ground

Well - it stopped after that one time. I know I should take it to a shop, but I can't stop riding it! Today I'll detail it and try to find out where the gremlin is hiding...
