Pressureangle Posted January 27 Author Posted January 27 I see my disconnect, the crack can be on the main case, which is in Ohio. I only have the rear cover in possession. TBC
docc Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Might there be some fresh, new RedFrame gearbox support plates in the offing? 2

LowRyter Posted January 31 Posted January 31 @docc https://www.motivcycleworks.com/ He's no longer at the address you listed, now on W Wilshire. Link provided. I think he's still has the stock. He tells me he's about to tackle the Greenie for me. Health issues have slowed me down. Hope to be up and running in a month to 6 weeks. Maybe the Greenie will be ready after I'm done? The weather will be 70 Saturday, I'll ride the Duc over there and see what's up while I'm still up and running. 1 1

No, I'm just about cleared of the debris from rebuilding the engine in my truck- the lift is covered with tools, parts, and fasteners. May get it up Sunday, and fit the Roper Plate to be sure the new source is accurate. I'm sure they are but don't want to send a plate out that I haven't verified the fit. The transmission is still in Ohio, I'll probably see that in May. I haven't decided whether to strip it to the last bolt or not... have to get closer to decide. The paint needs love, and if the bodywork gets new makeup the whole thing probably should. 2
docc Posted March 8 Posted March 8 I was talking with other SpineRaiders about this Sport today over Mex&cerveza. We cannot wait to see this RedFrame at the SSR! There shall be a toast! Maybe a coupl-o'-three . . . 1
docc Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Progress! Is that motor held up by anything but the tension on the two front subframe bolts? I'd feel better with a platform jack under the sump . . .
gstallons Posted March 15 Posted March 15 I guess there are worse things than a Largemouth Bass coming off the hook just about the time you go to pull it out of the water and into the boat ! Also if you say M@*%&#%&*^$r and nobody hears you , did you make a sound ? 1 1
