Gmc28 Posted yesterday at 05:15 AM Author Posted yesterday at 05:15 AM gotcha. so tie it up with 5lb fly line, or some yarn, then use a 9lb sledge to nudge the gearbox, and voila! i now see that the throttle body assembly for sale has no injectors or tps.
gstallons Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago You can do it . Just take plenty of pictures and make note of all lines as to where they are . after you do it 3 or 4 Xs it gets EZ . Remove things to make everything easier .
Gmc28 Posted 17 hours ago Author Posted 17 hours ago is removing just the injectors fairly straightforward? i remember cleaning them on one of the v11’s many years ago, before i owned it, and don’t recall any special drama but i’m forgetfull….
gstallons Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Well , they come in two categories : easy and impossible .

gstallons Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago HeLL no. Mine on the black frame and red frame were all I needed . I had to use a heat gun and the best SnapOn Allen socket known to man to get them apart . I got some spare screws from Fastenal for the next time. I had to remove the assemblies to get the job done. The fact is , the more you do it , the easier it gets !
