jenslh
Pete Roper has recently written a paper containing his notes on Windage plates. Read it here: http://www.guzzitech.dk/05/05-06/05-06-07.htm Quite interesting! Cheers Jens Lyck http://www.guzzitech.dk/english
al_roethlisberger
Gotcha, thanks ....here are the two current threads here on the subject: http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3466 http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3474 Good reading indeed, no matter where the source I'm still "holding my breath" to verify if the tray will fit a V11 sump without surgery. Here's hoping so al
jrt
What do you mean, Al? A flat plate with a cut-out to fit around the oil filter assembly should fit right up (see the pictures I posted for reference). Oh- there needs to be a hole for the oil dipstick as well. After that...there's plenty of wide open space in that sump. J
