Guest callithrix Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Recently purchased the Diagnostic software from Tecnoresearch. I would like to use it for adjusting the TPS. The instructions given by the list are in millivolts i.e.,150mv bike off ignition on, 500-525mv bike on idling. The software reads TPS in degrees. The manual states that the TPS should read 3.6 degrees, ignition on bike off, but I don't see a reading given in degrees for bike on. Electronics aren't my strong suit so excuse my ignorance. Do I still need to use a voltmeter or is there away to translate the % to mv or am I just really off base here. Thanks
