Feeling a bit weak

V11 sport Naked mit Staintunes. I'am a little bit worried about how lean the latest bikes are running (mine in particular) I've been following the great debate on ECUs as have thousands of other people! I followed the general drift of the discussion up to open loop,closed loop,partial loop etc but fell asleep when we got onto the discusion of Stoiciometric Combustion. If I used a PC or tuneboy to alter the mixture would not the lambda sensor override any changes and return to its factory default setting? my dealer tells me that if you disconnect the lambda sensor the engine then runs to rich,he has suggested using a cooler grade of plug bpr8ES I think? What would be the best way to go,I would hate to hole a piston or damage the old girl in anyway!

i thought the whole point was that PCIII does it's work AFTER the ECU.
