The first one is a Brough Superior called "coppernob" I think it was used at Brooklands for record attempts in the twenties

The first one is a Brooklands track bike known as Copperknob. I think the engine was either an Anzani or a JAP. Both UK manufactured.

Track correct. Nickname of bike correct. You are on the right track with the engine but you will have to pick the right one and then the correct country of manufacture (that should eliminate one of them and the other had an agent in England but the engines were manufactured elsewhere).

Still need the manufacturer of the bike.

It sure looks like a '23ish harley racer, an eight valve. Are you referring to the 'banjo' motor developed by Ottoway and Ricardo?

I must make a correction. The company that manufactures the engine for the first bike did have a manufacturing facility in England although the parent company was elsewhere so Nogbad has the correct country of engine manufacturer. So the name of the bike and motor has still to be decided.
