Guest Nogbad Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 Yep. Definitely a Rudge 500 1933. A bit like this one!
DeBenGuzzi Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 well that one was up there a real long time, maybe jaap was being sarcastic?
Admin Jaap Posted March 5, 2005 Author Posted March 5, 2005 wrong wrong wrong... hahahahahaha (hysterical laugh) ok, you got the engine...
Guest Nogbad Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 ok, you got the engine... 45244[/snapback] And the gearbox. Don't forget the gearbox.
Guzzirider Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 There was a marque called Lady in Belgium that made bikes with Rudge motors in the thirties. Obviously not then!!
Guest Nogbad Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Jaap, specials are hardly fair. I think any quiz bike ought to have been available to buy in more than a production run of 1, unless it is a famous racing bike. I don't think this is, and it looks damn like a standard Rudge.... Japanese copy of a Rudge??
Admin Jaap Posted March 7, 2005 Author Posted March 7, 2005 It's a motorcycle factory that produced for 20 years, using different engines. Hardly what I call a special. It's german.
