Steve G. Posted May 25, 2006 Posted May 25, 2006 It's not a classic in the literal sense, as it's a relatively recent bike....and oh, I don't know, it's not too bad looking in a sorta "BMWish" way http://www.motalia.de/morbidelli_v8_850.html Heck, it doesn't look toooo different than the ill-fated V11 GT Neither is too attractive though, and I don't see the advantage of all the complexity a V8 in a bike engine offers. The V8 components end up being so small, exhausts, etc... that it ends up looking like a toy engine al 45514 I will agree that the first Morbidelli was an ugly duckling. The one above however, series 2, was a nice looking machine, glorious engine by anyone's thought. Ciao, Steve G.
mike wilson Posted May 25, 2006 Posted May 25, 2006 For that price, I'd sooner have the Anzani-Montgomery.
waspp Posted May 25, 2006 Posted May 25, 2006 I believe this is the ist generation "ugly stick" model of the morbid deli machine. Although it is different looking I must say I wouldn't mind haviing one in the garage, it must sound great. waspp
luhbo Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 For that price, I'd sooner have the Anzani-Montgomery. 90261 Those who're thinking seriously about buying will grab both of them.
