DeBenGuzzi Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 Well when youre Whole country PLUS ireland probably isn't even as big as the State I currently live in I could see how it would make it hard to open up monsterously large manufactering plants to pump out consumer cars the cost of labor and exports I can't seen anything of serious production except for high end low volume sports cars, Isn't Aston Martin still british btw? I may be wrong but I'd still love to have a vanquish that must be like driving sex. somewhat like a well tuned and moded Guzzi but 50 time the price.
Guzzirider Posted March 11, 2005 Author Posted March 11, 2005 Aston Martin is now part of the Ford group, as is Jaguar. Astons seem to have become very "bling", as have Bentleys. Guy
Admin Jaap Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 There's nothing wrong with *bling* when it looks like this:
Guzzirider Posted March 11, 2005 Author Posted March 11, 2005 Yes very tasty- I wonder how many owners actually pretend they are James Bond while cruising along?
Guest jerrylaco Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 Hmm, what about Yugo? now that was a quality car just Cuba or some third world countires can't be wrong 45638 Brough maybe?
callison Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 Yes very tasty- I wonder how many owners actually pretend they are James Bond while cruising along? 45923 The Aston Martin DB4 Vantage from the movie Goldfinger is still running around somewhere in the USA - probably California. This is one car where the driver can imagine he's James Bond.
Guzzirider Posted April 13, 2005 Author Posted April 13, 2005 I have always fancied that one- like most kids I had the corgi version- in fact it's still in my study minus the little Chinese man who sat in the ejector seat who was flung into oblivion a long time ago! Guy
Martin Barrett Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 Now this is the ultimate Bond car - the Bug
