Vintage races are underway at the speedway again today weather permitting(winds gusting to 30mph)the weather holds out. A neighbor mentioned 3.2 inches of rain fell last night but dried out quickly due to wind....hooray! A coupla' Guzzi are competing and they sound/look great in the fray....gotta have big balls to ride

in that mix!!!! Jay Springsteen roasted the field on his Harley XR-750, leaving Gary Nixon in his wake as well as the rest of the field. Good friend ,Ted Cobb from Atlanta, won both of the Thruxton challenge series aboard his '05 Triumph 900.

He'll be back out there today kickin' ass! Well I gotta' run-someones handing me a glass of potion I cannot/will not resist. Oh yeah-nice turnout at the Pantheon last night. Bring your marshmallows-guzzi down and burnin'.
