I would like to take some measurements. Anyone has open up the odometer? Suggestions?

 

This piece is easy to make and I will be able to get a bunch made.

Mine hasn't snapped yet (of course, it will tomorrow, now that I've said that), but if you do make them, put me on your list as a buyer... I'll just throw it in the tool kit and make use of it when the inevitable occurs!
