Hi All,

as previously posted bought myself a cosmetic insurance write off 2002 Scura for $10,000 AUD in October 04. Have slowly been fixing to a roadworthy state with the latest being ceramic coated rocker covers, had these done in a satin black for $80 AUD both sides including the head guards and happy with final product. Have also purchased a set of carbon fibre look alike mini blikers and cored the standard pipes by removing the pipe end caps, drilling the lower back plate of the pipe and removing ALL the steel wool material, and yes theres' shit loads of the stuff in there, but sounds heaps better. Just waiting now to the tacho back, having the chrome bevel surround replace as it was dented and waitng on a new rear brake lever. Have ordered the lever through Harpers Moto Guzzi which I got onto via the forum, they have been great so far and it was priced at the equivilent of $200AUD delivered against $315AUD at the dealer in Australia.

Just have to track down a fairing now and hope to be on the road by the end of April.

have you fitted another fairing other than the stock fairing or have you just left it off ?
