al_roethlisberger Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 Rosso Mandello: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4543520007&rd=1 This one is especially interesting. ...lots of modifications, including TLM dual-plug heads, although it looks like he used aftermarket coils <_> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...4&category=6713 I'm surprised this is one fella we didn't see here on the forum considering the modifications done. There's also a Rosso Corsa with low miles right here in NorCal: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...7&category=6713
Paul Minnaert Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 Alex, that is a black(nero) le mans, since it has marzochi forks.
Alex-Corsa Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 Alex, that is a black(nero) le mans, since it has marzochi forks. 49232 ...LOL yes , I just saw it was very black and thought it was a corsa...LOL...O.k>
al_roethlisberger Posted April 20, 2005 Author Posted April 20, 2005 Is this a Nero Corsa?Ebay- GUZZI 49230 As Paul points out, no, this is simply a black Le Mans. The Nero Corsa has Ohlins suspension, and a more subtle gray checkerboard and black paint scheme. al

Martin Barrett Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 "very black" - "simply a black Le Mans" Its a subtle blend of black and grey panels - GRIGO TITANIUM (grey & titanium?) The subtle elagance of mine is lost because of the Baglux tank harness, blistered engine paint and the layer of dirt. The Nero has the gaudy Gold Ohlins, Red Valve covers, Red "nero corsa" on tail, Tank emblem within Red oval and the overlaid Grey checkered flag on fairing nose (? carbon fiber front mudguard?) How's your Yellow bike coming on AL Guess who's sulking as he's not allowed out on his tomorrow as the builders start our extension next week. horozontally opposed 90 degree motor. I'm surprised no one has picked up on this discription from the Rosso Corsa, so we can revisit engine layout discriptions again
al_roethlisberger Posted April 21, 2005 Author Posted April 21, 2005 ...my "yellow" bike is still coming along, I guess <_> I called them today, and am still waiting to hear something positive al
