Guest bshpilot Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 well im working on month 6th (really nearly 12, but the 1st dealer screwed things up and never filed the paperwork like they said). still no sign of the cases or when theyll be here...im deep in line w/ other BACK ORDERED owners. I will say MPH has been top notch, and has continued to work the claim...always keeping me in the loop !
al_roethlisberger Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 I think a large portion of the problem lies with MGNA as well ...but who knows. Sorry to hear about your delay. I can sympathize. al
DeBenGuzzi Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 God I love my Silver engine/tranny more and more everyday. If that starts to bubble up on me I don't know what I'll do. yeah well sorry thier pant sucks you think they would have a better way.

Guest davidb Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 The dealer I used to send in the claim didn't do it. They were to busy tring to sell me a Aprilia. And I have not got a reply from MGNA yet.

mikie Posted April 24, 2005 Posted April 24, 2005 My claim was originally submitted by Moto Guzzi Classics in S. Calif., and they did submit it immediately. That was in January 2004. I had spoken with Meredith at MGNA numerous times about the claim, and my parts finally arrived in February, 2005. Be patient, Grasshopper. In the end it was worth the wait.
