Admin Jaap Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 AV Moto in Germany produces this IMO very ugly seat and tailpiece for the V11. It's about 10 cm smaller than the original and they produce it on demand. Price: ???
DeBenGuzzi Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 that peice doesn't fit the bike at all, I tell you, there are some whack jobs in Germany.
antonio carroccio Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Thank you Jaap for this information, What do we have to do with this info???
Paul Minnaert Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 The seat is long enough for 3 people, but no passenger footrests:-), Maybe I have to do the single seat option once to show how it should be.
jrt Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Well, it's just too long and too angular. To fit the bike, it needs more graceful curves (think Sophia). Paul did a great job on his design because it flows with the curves of the bike. I know I wouldn't buy one (sorry), but I would like to see what you could come up with for a solo seat Paul. J
Guest ratchethack Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Looks like something that takes a quarter for a ride while Mom's shopping...

belfastguzzi Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Germanic functionality not your thing? Here's a more 'comfortable' approach to a back-end solution. nice sticky-out exhaust pipes, eh?
jrt Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Germanic functionality not your thing? Here's a more 'comfortable' approach to a back-end solution. I'm dyin' here. I just love the 'backoff' mud flaps. Hell yeah, I'd back away from that thing. Nice exhaust pipes and dual headlights; this guy has the whole package

I'm sure he's got a 'genuine' reason though. New Sandringham 4-seater forces reluctant sale?
DeBenGuzzi Posted April 29, 2005 Posted April 29, 2005 This is how it should be done 49968[/snapback] HE should fabricate a wood looking Tank and front fender to make it a more complete look than a Queen's rickshaw rammed into a decrepid Beemer.
