The old loopframes vented almost straight to atmosphere- they went through a (useless) recovery box, so the idea has possibilities. 

That won't fix your root problem, though, which is that your bike runs too cold to evaporate off the condensate.  I'd think about restricting airflow around the cylinders to keep the bike warmer.

It's not a real answer to oil not having time to get hot enough, but I'm just thinking that it could be worth blanking off the oil cooler.

Don't bother. There's a thermostat in the oil circuit that prevents flow through the cooler until the oil is hot enough. I suppose it could jam open.....
