No, it is a 2006 Honda Gold Wing tourer - mistifyingly smooth & fast when it is ridden by a Super-bike School Level 3 graduate !

Well, this was Jan. 2003 - ages back in fast-paced Singapore!

I havent heart anything from him since then.

 

Anyway, I am in touch with a couple of other Guzzi Owners (2, to be precise). That is already PLENTY in Yamaha-Honda-Kawasaki land, as Singapore is heavily Japan dominated, at least regarding motobikes...

 

But any further contact is welcome.

The more logical anagram:

no = no

scenti = perfume

 

literally, wheels without perfume

 

so, the cognoscenti are bikers who ride without perfume

 

in other words, Scura riders.

Cog is a tooth on a wheel, so I think it translates better as "Ol' Stinky Tooth"
