belfastguzzi Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 sensitive.... seems that only poets and renaissance-men filled with difficult and storming emotions seems fit to drive the Scruas, I mean Surcas... 66486 That could be why the springs and clutches explode on these bikes – the machine acts in some sort of sympathetic resonance to the electric turmoil of the highly strung rider. Have you ever met John O'Sullivan?

Have you ever met John O'Sullivan? 66507 def: "animism", the storied 'Ghost in the Machine.' I believe.
belfastguzzi Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 def: "animism",66549 Could be, I've a feeling there was another word I was searching for... ...though if we're talking John O'Sullivan, just animal would do.
docc Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Some would believe it adverse to your machine's animism to allow another rider upon it, or someone else to wrench on it. Its Ghost depends upon you and is fragile. I believe.
Van Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 As many Tenni as other models as witnessed above. and hundreds in this one So in this post out number others by 3 to 1 66416 Hail Martin! All those beautiful Guzzi's! and, ...yes,! it does seem that those two gents in the pic are paying their proper respect to the Tenni , just kinda seems right ya know Cheers' Van
Van Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 we're particularly sensitive to careless spelling of Scura 66417 no intent to offer insult fine sir! as l'm sure that under that black of the scura, there is a bright and cheerful fellow waiting to excape the "dark side" Cheers Van
felix42o Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Ahhh, 'tis a thing of rare and true beauty, felix42o , you are a man truelly blessed Say, are you far from Vegas?? Cheers Van 66409 Well, about six hours by car (4 by tenni?) but it's a straight shot; only two whore houses, a couple of gas stations, a LOT of rock shops(I don't know- this particular bit of Nevada culture evades me) and an Army weapons depot and you're there! As for the tail rack, I'm not sure to be honest-the top box that attaches to it is an Aprilia unit, so that would be my guess- PO had it on there when I got the bike. I do know that it's pretty friggin heavy, though! (pulled it off for some electrical work).
friskycutter Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 heres mine (to lurk or not to lurk?) ready for Cali last summer
docc Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 FC, Those are nice panniers on the Sport! They look much further forward than the Guzzi Teknos. What the heck are they and how are they mounted?
PEPPERONI BROS. Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 I wanted to add this to the Lurker site, but no go.
stogieBill Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Hey Pepperoni Bros, Bellisimo! Looks kinda like a psycho bumblebee. I like it.
