Hey, some of us are old farts: been there, done that, done it again for good measure, survived the whole process [and have the scars to show] and we're still out there doing it..................don't knock it. Love your bike! Love mine, too, and it's still almost standard.

Guzzi sure had some unique paint schemes prior to the 2003 model year.

 

Then it seems as if the painter retired and they started coming out with Honda-like paint schemes

 

I can't even tell what color Staedtler's bike is but it's nice

 

Then there's the deep, dark purple, the champagne, the neon green....all unique and never to be mistaken for another brand.
